Prof. Dr. Fauzia Sajjad currently heading the department of neurosurgery at Jinnah Hospital Lahore , is the first female neurosurgeon of Pakistan, making her a pioneer and a role model for female neurosurgeons. She is a highly qualified and experienced neurosurgeon, with FCPS, MRCS, and FRCSEd degrees. She has worked in various prestigious institutions in Pakistan and abroad and enjoyed the pleasure of learning from masters like Prof. Naveed Ashraf, Dr Muhamad Akmal and Dr Imad Kanan. She specializes in neuro-oncology, functional neurosurgery, and spinal fixations and has successfully performed hundreds of complex and challenging surgeries for brain and spinal tumors, epilepsy, movement disorders, spinal injuries, and congenital malformations. She has a special interest in endoscopic pituitary tumors and aneurysm clipping.
Professor Dr Fauzia has received several awards and honors for her outstanding contributions to neurosurgery. She is also actively involved in teaching and research, and has published many papers in national and international journals. Dr Fauzia is chairman of the specialist committee for MS Neurosurgery and the Convenor of the Synopsis review committee of the University of Health Sciences. She is both supervisor and examiner of FCPS and MS at CPSP and UHS respectively.
Dr. Fauzia Sajjad carries a pleasant personality and a team leader by nature, who works with dedication and compassion to provide the best care for her patients.
Dr Nabeel Choudhary

Dr. Nabeel Choudhary MBBS, FCPS is Assistant Professor Neurosurgery and joined in July 2018. He has completed fellowship training in Neurosurgery, with years of experience treating a variety of brain and spinal disorders; and nerve lesions. His interests includes oncological surgeries specially skull base surgery and functional Neurosurgery. He is apt to apply modern techniques and gadgets in surgical field for maximizing patient safety like IONM, Stererotaxy, Intraoperative imaging. He is the sub specialty clinical lead for intraoperative monitoring in the institution. Dr Choudhary has sound knowledge of computer technology and its utilization in pre-operative and intraoperative images for planning, modeling and surgical plan execution/ modification. He has excellent instruction skills to teach members of medical staff about new techniques and operative nuances.
He has worked in different Hospitals as consultant Neurosurgeon Lahore General Hospital Lahore, Punjab Institute of Neuroscience Lahore and Jinnah Hospital Lahore.
Dr Choudhary’s research interest includes advanced neuroimaging and its utilization in neurosurgery field and chemistry changes of severe traumatic injury. He is Author and co Author of multiple National Publications.
He enjoys membership of Pakistan Society of Neurosurgeons. He also worked as Assistant Editor Pakistan Journal of Neurological Surgeries.
Dr Kashif Ali Sultan

Dr Kashif Sultan is an Academic Neurosurgeon, currently working as Assistant Professor.
He has a special interest in Traumatic Brain Injury
and has a vast experience of ICP Monitoring in Severe Traumatic Brain injury patients with a special interest in Telemetric ICP Monitoring. He was actively involved in two RCTs and was responsible for conducting an international ICP Monitoring workshop and remained part of the international CRASH Trial, for which as a pre requisite he got GCP certified from London School of Hygiene UK.
Dr Sultan has a keen interest in Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery and has been involved in different intracranial Stereotactic interventions.
His other areas of interest are Spinal fixations both open and through MIS and Management of Spinal injury holistically
Dr Kashif Sultan is a Member of WFNS, ACNS and PSN.
