Department of Neurosurgery is second biggest Neurosurgery Unit of Lahore, having facilities of 24/7 emergency facilities, 40 bedded Indoor ward and OPD services . This unit has 10 bedded ICU and 8 bedded step down HDU.

ICU is equipped with ventilators, ABGs machines, portable X-ray Machine, bronchoscope etc.

Neurosurgery Department has three modular operation theatres.
